Before this I was at Goldman Sachs in the Global Industrials Group, covering industrial tech, and advised on $8B in M&A transactions. That industrials lens is most of how I read the robotics market now.
I studied economics and art history at Harvard. While there I built Dion Academy, a college admissions consulting business serving students across the US and China, and started making bilingual content about admissions, AI, and building things.

It began in college with bilingual content about admissions, AI, and building things, and now lives mostly on Instagram from New York. Working in two languages means testing which ideas survive translation, which turns out to be a decent filter for whether an idea is any good.

I grew up in Fuzhou and moved to Florida as a kid, where my family ran a restaurant. Working front of house before I could drive is where I learned most of what I know about operations, margins, and talking to strangers.
I'm the eldest daughter and the first in my family to do most of this, which shapes how I think about risk more than I usually admit in a bio.
